The space
The spacious and stylish interior features a large dining room that can accommodate comfortably up to 12 guests, a modern kitchen with everything you need, and a comfortable living room with a home theater projector.
The property also includes a kids' bedroom with a workspace, bunk beds, sofa bed, TV, and Xbox, as well as books, toys, and games for children of all ages.
Outside, the large freshwater pool (not heated) and hot tub offer stunning views of the river.
Our property is also great for watching wildlife such as swans, storks, geese, owls, beavers, hawks, chipmunks, and foxes.
Our backyard is perfect for outdoor activities such as volleyball, golf, Frisbee, and soccer, and with the river being home to a variety of fish, it's a great place to kayak or canoe. We also have a boat launch available, so you can bring your own motorboat or ski jet and explore the river, which connects to Ontario Lake.
We offer high-speed internet, making it easy for guests to work from home, and there is ample parking available in the large private driveway.
Our property is conveniently located near shops, groceries, hospitals, and major retailers like Walmart and Shoppers, and it's just a short drive to popular destinations like Kingston, Prince Edward County, Sandbanks, and more.
We take pride in our charming modern rustic style design, which offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, and we provide all the essentials you need, including comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of sunlight, and four washrooms to ensure no waiting time.
To ensure your stay is stress-free, we provide sunscreen, after sun lotion, and a first aid kit, as well as a lovely welcome package with snacks, candies, and drinks. We also offer a variety of coffee and tea selections to cater to everyone's tastes.
Finally, there are a charming bunkie right on the river with two twin beds available for an extra fee. You can let us know when you arrive on site
