House Rules

Guests

• No unregistered guests allowed

• No parties or events allowed on site

• All third-party bookings will be canceled without a refund

• Guests will be forced to leave immediately with penalty charge for damages and no refund if caught breaking rules

Safety

• Safety of kids and dogs is adult guests' direct responsibility

• Kids and dogs must be supervised at all times, especially around dock and water area

• For Kids safety, a child proof lock is installed in the patio door leading to the pool area

• Dogs are not permitted inside the pool and hot tub

• Both gates leading to the back yard are to be closed at all times

• Turn BBQ gas valve to "off" position when not in use

Fire-Pit

• No open fire is allowed anywhere at the property

• Open fire is allowed only at designated Fire-pits

• After use fire has to be put down completely, and never left without supervision

• Firewood is NOT provided

Check-in and Check-out

• Check out time is 11AM. No Exceptions!

• Late check-out fees: $50 for first hour, $150 for 2 hours, full night charge plus any cancellation fee from next guests if stay longer than 2 hours after check-out time

• Early check-in option available for $25/hour with confirmation within 24 hours

• Please let the host know on your intention to use the hot tub so they can heat it up before your arrival

House Rules

• No shoes inside the house

• No wet clothes / towels on couches & beds

• Please respect noise curfew as the property is located in a quiet neighborhood

• Please don't move furniture, monocular telescope, games setup

• Please return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay
  Such as: Remote controls, life jackets, paddles, pool and yard toys, kitchen utensils.

• Please close and lock all windows and doors, turn off lights when you leave the suite

• Please wash and put away all dishes/cups

• Collect garbage according to the guest book instructions

• Clean the BBQ grill and outdoor area, make sure to close gas supply valve

• Food or drinks are only allowed in the kitchen, dining, and BBQ area

• No food or drinks in bedrooms, pool, or hot tub areas

• Beads, glitters, permanent markers, BB guns, small toy bullets are not allowed

• Please report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner to avoid unwanted charge

• No touching, unplugging, or tampering of any kind with any smart or security devices

Smoking

• Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the house or the bunkie.

• Only allowed outdoors, 5 feet away from the house or bunkie

• Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly

• Extra cleaning fees may apply to remove odor and stains

Illegal Substances

• No illegal substances of any kind allowed on the premises

Pool and Hot Tub

• Operation Hours : 7AM - 10PM daily.

• All bathers must shower before entering the pool or the hot-tub

• No food or drink of any kind near or in the pool or hot-tub

• No glass of any kind near or in the pool

• Only water designated toys and accessories are allowed in the pool

• No items of any kind are to be left inside the pool or hot-tub.
  Abandoned items will definitely jam the cleaning robot.
  Additional damage charges will apply.

• Cleaning and maintenance schedule on Tuesday/Wednesday and Saturday

Staff will access the lower garage area, without disturbing the privacy of the guests

• Only beach towels can be used outdoor

• White towels are for indoor use only

• The pool and tub are cleaned and sanitized by schedule.
  Guests are provided with skimming net and other cleaning tools for daily pool maintenance.

• Keep the hot-tub on 102 degrees at all times

Pets

• Maximum 2 dogs allowed with host's consent

• No other animals allowed

• No cats allowed due to owner's severe allergy

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after dogs

• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds

• Additional charges for damages or urine traces/smell indoor that require deep clean or replacement/fixing

• Crate, food bowl, and dog towel provided
