To use the home theater in the lower level please use the following steps:
Locate the remote of the projector screen, press "down" arrow while pointing the remote toward the patio doors.
The motorized projector screen will lower itself down.
Press "Square" button on the projector screen remote to stop the screen from rolling down - once the top black border is visible.
Locate the remote of the projector, press "power ON" button while pointing toward the projector.
Locate the Nvidia Shield remote and click any button to wake up the system.
The image should appear momentarily.
To adjust the volume please open the hatch stair step, under the plant by the window.
Adjust the volume manually by twisting the large knob on the right.
For troubleshooting please review the video walk through again.
To use the outdoor gas BBQ please follow the following steps:
Remove the BBQ Rain cover and carefully fold it and place aside. Unless the cover is already removed.
Turn the natural gas valve to "on" position by making sure the valve handle is pointing down , vertically.
Use the ignition button on the left side of the bbq, while turning the gas lever on.
IMPORTANT! If flame doesn't appear after 5 seconds of attempt, please stop!
Wait few seconds with the gas valves closed, then try again.
Clean the BBQ and cooking surface after use
Close the gas valve by making sure the valve handle is horizontal to the ground
Pool Operation Hours :
7AM - 10PM daily.
Safety instructions
All bathers must shower before entering the pool or the hot-tub
No food or drink of any kind near or in the pool or hot-tub
No glass of any kind near or in the pool
Only water designated toys and accessories are allowed in the pool
No items of any kind are to be left inside the pool or hot-tub.
Abandoned items will definitely jam the cleaning robot.
Additional damage charges will apply.
Only beach towels can be used outdoor
White towels are for indoor use only
Our pool has a deep and a shallow end.
For the younger swimmers, it is recommended to enter the pool from the shallow end with the circular stairs.
No running
The area surrounding the pool can get extremely slippery.
Daily Pool Cleaning Routine
For your safety and enjoyment, the pool needs to be cleaned daily.
Please remove all the collected garbage and leaves in the leaf skimmers
Use the cleaning net to scoop out the leaves and bugs floating on the water surface
After use, remove all items from the pool, including water toys, goggles etc - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Maintenance schedule
Our pool and spa are usually maintained twice a week.
The maintenance will mostly happen on Saturdays, Fridays and Wednesdays.
A member of the staff will enter the back yard and the lower storage unit, without affecting the safety and privacy of the guests.
Hot-Tub Operation Hours :
7AM - 10PM daily.
Press "Soak Time" once to start the tub and set the timer
Press "set temperature" few times until the desired temperature is reached. clicking will keep increasing the temperature by a degree. To reverse, wait 5 seconds, then click again.
Turn the light in the inner tub On/Off
Cycle through the desired jet modes
